I enjoyed this project as it challenged me to use a new technique and push myself to problem solve and finds ways which would help develop my work. For example I was able to edit re-used frames, crop and edit them so I would save time instead of re-drawing each frame. This helped a lot, however was difficult at times to understand the best way to do things as procreates animation feature was new to me. However, through this project I realised how important the beginning stages were for development as doing extra stop motions, experimenting and practice meat that for the final outcome I could push myself with more knowledge. It led me to understand movement, composition and colour better to really highlight key parts like the food while still all relating back to myself and my self portrait. It was a long process of endless recharging of both my IPad and Apple pencil which made the process move slower but was worth it for the outcome.
